| Classes will be held at our floral studio located on the Upper East Side of Manhattan. Each class will include an informal lecture followed by hands on floral arranging instruction. |

Design: The Basics This introductory class focuses on designing small to medium sized arrangements and bouquets—perfect for the home, office and as gifts. Ms. Zimmerman teaches basic arranging techniques explaining important design aspects such as color, continuity, and shape. She will also instruct the class on information about seasonal flowers, provide insider tips on making flowers last longer, and advise on choosing stems from the local market. The amateur florist will leave class with their own arrangement and enough knowledge to design an arrangement or bouquet at a moments notice. |

$150.00 each We will provide each student with the proper tools and supplies for class. Light refreshments will be served. Each class will consist of no more than 12 students. Private Basic Floral Design classes as well as more advanced classes can be scheduled with a group of 6 or more. If Canceling, please give 3 days notice or you will be charged in full. |
